Honey Garlic Spare Ribs

½ cup honey

½ cup hoisin sauce (optional but adds a nice flavour)

¼ cup soya sauce (light or regular)

1 cup ketchup

½ cup chopped onion

4 cloves garlic

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp dry mustard

 

Mix and pour over ribs.  Cook at 250° F for 3 to 4 hours (can cook in a slow oven all day just check to make sure the ribs are moist).

**Remember that pork should always be cooked until the internal temperature reaches 160 F**
